Refund and Return Policy


Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Dissatisfaction with product
  • Shipping that takes an extended length of time, no sooner than two weeks after your order was placed

Refunds will be issued by the same manner of payment, i.e. if you paid with a credit card, your refund will be returned to your credit card.


Exchanges will be issued for the following reasons:

  • Improper shipping leading to broken product, such as a broken glass bottle
  • Defective packaging, such as a broken safety seal
  • Expiration of product before purchase
  • Shipment of incorrect product

Exchanges will be issued upon return of old product, unless otherwise specified.
