Description
Complete urinalysis and blood panel from Quest Diagnostics that includes: CBC, chem screen, thyroid panel, Vitamin D, homocysteine, and cholesterol panel. Once you’ve completed your blood work we will run a Functional Health Report on your lab results. We will then notify you that the report is complete and email you a copy. This is a fasting test, so please do not eat for 12 hours prior to your appointment. The blood test can be performed at any Quest Diagnostics laboratory nearest to you.
Dr. Ratio will email a requisition form to you to bring into the Quest Diagnostics laboratory of your choice.
